Jedd Hafer is the newest member of the Love and Logic speaking team. He has been hand-picked by Jim Fay and Dr. Charles Fay for his outstanding speaking abilities as well as his extensive experience with very challenging kids. For more than 16 years Jedd has worked with severely troubled kids as a director at one of the most innovative and caring treatment centers in the country where he has witnessed time after time how effective Love and Logic can be with kids who possess behavior problems. Jedd and his wife are the parents of 4 kids, two who are adopted out of the foster care system. Dave Funk has been an educator since 1969 and has taught in both regular and special education classrooms. He is responsible for participating in the evaluation and placement of disabled students, coordinating a number of special programs, and serving as liaison to parent groups. Dave has participated in numerous conferences as a sectional presenter and keynote speaker. In addition, he is the co-author, with Jim Fay, of Teaching with Love and Logic, and the author of Love and Logic Solutions for Kids with Special Needs.
