For years educators have been asking for a program they can use to facilitate in-service training. Love and Logic's® "low stress classrooms" techniques are designed to create effective learning environments for students, and make teaching fun and rewarding…instead of stressful and exhausting. Our multimedia teacher-training curriculum was developed with step-by-step instructions for presenting this curriculum in nine easy-to-follow modules.

How are schools most successful with the curriculum? They teach it every school year to:

  • Introduce new staff to the Love and Logic techniques
  • Provide a refresher for returning staff
  • Get staff excited about kids acting up because they know they can handle them without breaking a sweat!

This curriculum will build strong schools where teachers have time to teach and students want to learn. This is an excellent in-service tool for every educator!

Very user friendly for staff development. K-12 teachers love it.

Vicki/September 1, 2017

We have used these materials for three K-12 staff development opportunities. Our teachers rank the skills they develop as immediately useful after training and also years later. Concepts and skills stay with them. L&L recommends going over one module or so a month which is great, but we went over about seven or eight modules in two days in the summer and then met each month during the school year to finish the workbooks and integrate the concepts into what they are currently seeing in the classroom. We did it this way because we have a small district and this is the only way schedules didn't conflict. Teachers attend voluntarily and talk a lot about the course to other teachers during the year. Great material! Like the format.
