Honestly, I don't really like books on tape. I have a hard time focusing. I feel like I tune it out. So, I bought the paper back book. I read it. I loved it. But, what do you know..I didn't become a Love an Logic parent over night. Thus, I later bought the CD so that I could listen to it over and over and over again in the car. I love it. I love just listening to a little here and a little there as a constant reminder to keep working on my Love and Logic experiments. And the CD is funny. Mostly short stories or examples that keep my attention. It is read very well...it almost sounds like I'm listening to a live presentation rather than a book on tape..

My children's Montessori teacher introduced us to Love & Logic, and I couldn't be happier. I've loved some of the video clips and audio downloads, but this book was a well-rounded thorough presentation of the Love & Logic method catered towards little ones. I love that the intentions of the parenting effort are having children that are a joy for you and others to be around and having grown children that know how to manage their lives effectively.

Loving this edition-I'm pausing every few moments to reflect on the tools, tips, and techniques for the expected AND unexpected that little ones cook up for their loving adults on a daily basis.
Actually, my wife and I have older kids, now, and this is just the refresher I need for our school age and adolescent kids!
