The interface was from 2002, and was unusable from a phone. Why would you still have the pdf has a old reader format which I can't bookmark, download or update? Also it's 2026, I shouldnt have to write down where I left off so I don't have to scrub from the beginning to find out where I left off. I mean seriously vhs tapes would hold my spot when I left off.
I didn't agree with this method. The ways to deal with children are based on younger kids for the most part and it's about manipulating children. That does not build trust with your kids. I'm sad for the families who have used this and the massive amount of therapy the kids will need to get over this nonsense.
I though the concepts were well taught and I appreciated the examples. My frustration comes trying to apply Love and Logic with a neurodivergent kiddo. Many of these tips do not result in the same outcome as a neurotypical kid. I did see there was a course for kiddos with things such as ADHD, but I did not see a webinar for that and I am having difficulty finding someone with that training in my area.
There’s stuff in this course will stick with you. Something that stuck with me is hearing that kids like seeing you busting a gasket so I make it a point to not do that so they don’t get the upper hand. So many gems to list
I enjoy learning new ways to diffuse conflicts. Not only the daily arguments but also regulating my own day to day and regulating myself in a better manner.
The online class is awesome because it is elf paced and let me practice before going to the next course. As someone who has taken Love and Logic Parenting before this was an excellent tool for repeat parents or people who are new to Love and Logic.
The information was good. I would have liked it if I could have downloaded the workbook and put in notes to remember for the future given the fact that my children are 5 and under. Also, my preference would be if the information from the videos were condensed and more straightforward with much less fluff.
I'd probably still be married and have 3 step kids if I had taken the class sooner. But after finding out what I know now I'm better off without her, though I feel for those kids. I'll be a better dad to my son because of the class no doubt!
Lots of great advice. Would love to get help with dealing with a mental illness/personality disorder in the other parent and now in your oldest child. Should develop a course for this special situation.
As a single Mom and domestic violence survivor, healing had to start with me.
But in my healing, I was forced to unlearn old habits and learn new ways to handle life, thrive beyond trauma and create consistent loving environment for my 2 sons.
Love and logic taught me how to better understand myself as a Mom and through the process help my children learn how to solve problems and learn from their mistakes. In a loving and consistent manner. .
The course was super easy to navigate through, I loved the way they gave several scenarios and worked through them with you. Overall took alot away from this course that I’m excited to use to continue to make my family strong and happy!
The only reason I didn’t give your webinar 5 stars is because I wasn’t able to finish it. I learned a lot in the one short session I did watch but hesitant to purchase another one with only six weeks to access the modules. Sometimes life gets super busy, especially when you are raising young children!
This program was court order for a family that I am serving as a parent educator. It is great conversation starter for many parenting topics. I do not love some of the sarcasm the presenters use.
Honestly I loved it and found myself ready for the next lesson every time. There were some funny stories and different perspectives which I liked and very helpful information. Very good program
Really good tips to follow. The stories told were funny, it was very good story telling with some common knowledge tips of what to do to help your children. It was nice to hear things in a different perspective from Charles and his dad, not only that the stories they told from people in the different perspectives really widened your views on how to help children through difficult stages in life.
My husband and I have been carving out time weekly to learn the love and logic way. Not only has it been a wonderful relationship building exercise for us but also extremely helpful for our parenting toolbox. We have been trying to reason with our children. The tips and reminders have been excellent for us as we build each week and the love and logic responses become our first response.
Thank you!
