Gratitude is a sign of respectful, responsible behavior in kids and in adults. We also know that gratitude is good for our mental health and that practicing gratitude can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Because of its importance, Love and Logic has always emphasized the importance of teaching and modeling gratitude for the kids in our lives.
Five Years of Gratitude
On this fifth anniversary of Love and Logic joining the Amen Clinics family of companies, we wish to express our gratitude for our customers, for our Independent Trainers, and for Amen Clinics. Without all their support, we would not be in business today.
During the pandemic of 2020, Love and Logic faced the possibility of closing its doors. Fortunately, Dr. Daniel Amen and Tana Amen with Amen Clinics learned of our situation and offered the opportunity of a collaboration. In November of 2020, Love and Logic joined the Amen Clinics Team and began the process of renewal and growth.
Since then, our community of parents, educators, and Independent Trainers, along with the Amen Clinics Team, has rallied to support us, and all have played a critical role in the continuation and success of Love and Logic over the past five years.
Gratitude for Parents

We are grateful for all the parents who have used Love and Logic and then shared their success stories with other parents. We have heard from countless parents expressing tremendous appreciation for how Love and Logic has helped them raise respectful, responsible kids. Their enthusiasm and word-of-mouth support is greatly appreciated.
Gratitude for Educators
We are profoundly grateful for teachers who champion the use of Love and Logic in the classroom. Many have called us over the years telling us how they have used Love and Logic skills to turn their classrooms into genuine learning environments. This accomplishment would not be possible without their commitment to Love and Logic and their dedication to their students.
Gratitude for Independent Trainers
Love and Logic’s Independent Trainers deliver the vast majority of Love and Logic classes. Their experience, expertise, and commitment have contributed to the delivery of thousands of classes over the past five years, ultimately reaching tens of thousands of parents and educators. We are grateful for their efforts and their support of Love and Logic.
Gratitude for Amen Clinics
We are especially grateful to be part of the Amen Clinics Team for two important reasons.
First, the merger preserved Love and Logic at a critical time, ensuring that thousands of parents and educators can continue benefiting from this invaluable resource. Our sincere thanks go to Dr. Daniel Amen and Tana Amen for their vision in recognizing and supporting Love and Logic’s mission.
Second, the collaboration between Amen Clinics and Love and Logic has united the science of the brain with the art of parenting. By combining Dr. Daniel Amen’s expertise in neuroscience and child psychiatry with Dr. Charles Fay’s background in child psychology, we’ve created an approach that is both compassionate and scientifically grounded—something truly unique in the world of parenting education.
Gratitude From the Heart of Love and Logic
We are deeply grateful to the thousands who have supported Love and Logic over the past five years. Together with our trainers and Amen Clinics, we look forward to helping even more parents and educators raise confident, kind, and resilient children.
Our partnership has resulted in a new resource for parents and educators, Raising Mentally Strong Kids, published in 2024 by Daniel Amen, MD, and Charles Fay, PhD. This book combines neuroscience and Love and Logic principles to help families and educators guide children toward lasting emotional strength. To celebrate our five-year anniversary, it is available now at a special discount.
Thanks for reading!
